Patch still fails to install. Patch starts, something with installation
progresbar blinks and message window pops up with installation is complete.
The installation failed because String Value Version in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Electronic Arts\Need For Speed High Stakes
didn't change from 4.00 to 4.50
