no, I already told the recipe in comment #4: 

winetricks vcrun2005sp1 dotnet11 dotnet20

Be sure to disabling client side font rendering (ClientSideWithRender -> N) to
work around abysmal slowness.
There are various UI bugs but no startup issue (if there was any).
