Adam Eberlin, thanks for the log.  You're still crashing with
0009:Call KERNEL32.LoadLibraryA(0eef40a0 "ATMLIB.dll") ret=0ee7ee47
which is a separate problem.  
I think that was supposed to be installed into the Adobe Photoshop CS4
directory.  If it is supposed to be installed, and isn't getting
installed, we should open up a separate bug, as this one is awful noisy.
