Patch

Here's a stab at fixing the bug.  It applies on top of the test patch.  It's
sort of a hack, as it returns that the account whose name is the computer name
is a SidTypeDomain, but it says the referenced domain is L"DOMAIN", rather than
the machine name.  Still, it might be sufficient to get GalCivII starting
again.
