WINEDEBUG=warn+all

I ran wine with winedebug=warn+all now.
The output says there are many missing files. It prints paths like this one:
L"\\??\\C:\\windows"
I don't know if the ?? is supposed to be there.
Maybe someone more experienced could have a look if he can find the source of
the problem?
