The Kodak EasyShare program can be found on Kodak's web site.  Try this URL:

http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/software/easyshare/en/dln_ekn026079.jhtml?operatingSystem=windows_xp&downloadLanguage=en

Or, if that doesn't work, go to http://www.kodak.com and click on "Kodak Store
>> Software >> EASYSHARE Software", then click on the graphic that says
"Download now for FREE".
