Installed the GIT and made a clone
Then changed the setupapi.spec as proposed in the attachment
Compiled the git tree (took almost 1 hour)
Result is the same as before.
No difference if using native or internal setupapi.
I must state, it is too complex for me to find out where and why, so I hope the
bug is solved with the next release.
