Could you please run with profile log enabled again (i.e. "export
WINEDEBUG=profile" before starting wine)? You don't have to wait until crash,
just to see whether profile functions are really continuously used. If they
are, the problem might indeed be caused by my patch, especially if the "needs
refreshing" message is recurring.
