I have also experienced this bug, it appeared when flash player moved from
version 9.0.47.0 to 9.0.124.0.  I remember reading that the adobe team
mentioned reworking portions of the rendering api to support multithreaded
operations, as well as many other additions being made.  I wonder if the
display glitch could possibly be some sort of thread safety issue in any of the
api's that wine is providing?
