Seems to be fixed in current git, at least with HL2, which now runs at 60+ fps
instead of 20+ fps for wine-1.1.15.Left4Dead doesn't seem to have any
noticeable performance increase in between current git and wine-1.1.15; both
get between 20-38fps or so with low settings.
