I have tested with "wineconsole --backend=user cmd"

With fluxbox, the problem persist - once I run windows, I see blinking cursor,
once I alt-tab out and back, the blinking cursor is not there and I do not have
keyboard focus (until I click the window, giving back keyboard focus and the
cursor)

I have tried with gnome and KDE and seems wineconsole does not suffer from this
bug, alt-tabbing work right there.

However, I have not noticed similar misbehavior with fluxbox + bbkeys with any
other application except wineconsole, so I am not sure if it is bug in bbkeys,
fluxbox or in wine ....

Same behavior (no keyboard focus) is present also if I click with mouse on
titlebar of console window instead of inside it.
