In Windows, the main SC UI (choosing faction) is 60fps. The full-screen video
introduction for the Cybran campaign (Dostya and Brackman welcoming the
commander, UEF to fall in 42 days) is about 50fps. The first mission briefing
(partially video) is 15-30fps (mostly 20fps).
