Some function does not work. At least "Register database" command. After dialog
with db parameters I press ok button, and segmentation fault (handled
gracefully in ibexpert) appear. so I can't register databases. + many GUI
glitches. under windows all works OK for so many years.

In addition: Author said:
This version is not fully-functional until having Windows-1251 locale on
computer.
Windows-1251 is the russian locale (RU). I have LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8 in ubuntu.
