I am logged into Windows right now and I can verify that the behavior I
described for NewsLeecher and NotePad is *correct*.

Furthermore, when you first click in the text-box where the filename is placed
(to make it active), Windows automatically selects all text. If you deselect
the text and press ctrl+a the text is selected again. Neither of these things
happens in wine 1.1.15.
