Interesting, with wine-1.1.15 the up and down arrows work properly, but left
and right rotate for some reason. They should be scrolling left and right. They
are set correctly in control options, but trying to reassign any key to
anything just changes it to "break". 

Not resolved, but much more manageable. Note that I'm no longer using native
dinput.dll since MouseWarpOverride was added.
