Ok, this is no longer this urgent. I discovered that this crash only occured
when the WordFast.dot
(http://www.wordfast.net/index.php?whichpage=downloadpage&VLTM=VLTM&platform=windows&localUI=en&fl=273545)
template/add-in was active in Word. Disabling it prevented such crashes.

Anyway. First how do I install the debugging symbols under Kubuntu (there is no
wine-dbg package)? Secondly, should I then run "WINEDEBUG=+richedit wine
WINWORD.EXE" ?
