Ideally, yes. But since that dll can be redistributed legally, it's not a high
priority. There is plenty of other work to do.

Maybe once we've got most other dlls covered, but until then, unlikely.

That said, if someone were to implement the dll, I don't see why it wouldn't be
accepted. But I don't see any wine developer spending their time/resources to
implement it.
