This can not only be about pulseaduio.
Even if the main problem might lie in pulseaudio config of the distro, it can
not soley be that as the problem did not exsist untill WINE 1.1.6 and above.

And if it is a matter of distro PA config Ubuntu must have solved it as I use
Ubuntu 8.10 and do not have the problem in WINE 1.1.14 and 1.1.15 (not yet
tested 1.1.16)
