This feature isn't very important and isn't exposed by most Linux drivers.
Basically it defines how the backbuffer is copied to the front e.g. by
performing a memcpy or performing a buffer swap. So you could say that this
would remove another FIXME. I'll take a look at it some time as using some new
GLX extensions we might be able to offer it properly.
