I have noticed that if I changed the windows version to Win98 that it works,
but I still get the fixme messages from FlashWindowEx.  Also, to get it running
with 98, you have to run LaunchPad2/StationLauncher.exe directly or it will
complain that you don't have the proper (win 2000+) version of windows.

It does seem to work fully this way though, I can use the friends/in game chat
features and launched games (EverQuest) work fine.  

This is with the latest git version, which seems to be the 1.1.12 release.
