With Wine 1.1.12, the PAF 5 (genealogy program) fails with the following dialog
box:

The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched.  (0x8002802b)

I verified that this is a difference in behavior between 1.1.11 and 1.1.12 by
compiling 1.1.11 on my new OS release and testing with that compilation of Wine
1.1.11.

Unfortunately, due to my employment situation and demands on my off-work time,
I won't be able to run a regression to find which commit introduced the
problem.
