GDI freetype patch to apply for versions around 0.9.5 (needs minor tweaking of
rejects in some revisions)

this patch was necessary on my setup to be able to build revisions around
0.9.5,
and has been taken directly from the reverse regressions wiki page.

Needs minor tweaking of one reject to apply close to version 0.9.5.
