Well looking at trace log this might be exact duplicate of bug 13411 (compare
your trace with trace snippet in my comment #3 where the exception is thrown).
I already explained the problem and solution there.
It's just no one picked it up yet.
Affects all Delphi apps which make use of TNT UnicodeControls TntStatusBar.
