Add secure connections tests to test suite - use HeapAlloc()

I've attached a revised patch using HeapAlloc() and HeapFree().

Unfortunately not. It looks like it is on a similarly configured server. They
can be tested with a browser.

On a side-note it seems those servers are mis-configured since the response
code is 200 (OK) whereas the page itself reports it as being 400 (BAD_REQUEST).
