As i already pointed out in bug http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14861,
the crash is because of a regression, patch that reverts the bad commit is in
that bug as well. It gets further then , but fails in the end anyway.

I tested Nokia_PC_Suite_rel_6_86_9_3_eng_web.exe i had lying around here; 
You can also try unpack the executable with 
'7za x Nokia_PC_Suite_rel_6_86_9_3_eng_web.exe' 

Looks like there are three installers, Nokia_Connectivity_Cable_Driver.msi,
PCCS.msi, and Nokia_PC_Suite.msi. The first one installs fine for me, the
second one locks up my computer, maybe you could try if you have more luck with
that one. I'd suggest to keep this bug for that installer.
