2 cut offs the login name(login=hatkyinc) and the "upload files to:" text over
the select box

Control drwaing over each other in very simple dotnet application
I used "winetricks" to install dotnet to get this to work, I know it's not
supported, but I think it just exposes a very simple layout problem.

The application only has 2 things:
1. Log in screen.
2. Upload file screen.

Both parts have this problem where once control is drawing over the other which
do not happen in windows xp.
