Yes, I asked him to do that. I wanted more information about that message.

The window 0x10020 is the desktop window. The call into user32 that prints that
line is DefWindowProcW(00010020,00000363,00000001,00000000). The process making
this call appears to be a 16-bit process (not sure I can properly tell from a
relay log). I suspect that calling DefWindowProc on the desktop window made
sense in windows 3.x.

0x0363 is WM_IDLEUPDATECMDUI, which is apparently used to signal when the
process is idle. I am declaring this legitimately useless and stupid.
