Maybe it's so but I don't know how could you push a proposed patch for that in
future since no version checking accepted in wine modules as far as I know.

You could add it of course possibly marking it broken for WinXP (if I tested
properly of course and it really fails on it). In any case post a patch for
tests for documentation purpose at least.
