with the old value the path to the file has some weird syntax...
returning ERROR_CALL_NOT_IMPLEMENTED somehow makes the path to the file correct
"Z:\\folder\file.cab" or something like that.
i'm not sure why, but i do intend on making tests for this function and
implementing some of it. if you want we can talk about it on irc.
