Installation does not work with v11 (AlibreInstall_V11_1.exe).

msjavx86.exe is no longer required, but now the blocker is at least partially
.NET Framework 2.0, see bug 10601.

The Alibre installer tries to install dotnetfx20.exe, which fails. When running
the Alibre installer second time, the actual installer starts, but suffers from
graphics problems and does not complete. The log output of the failing second
installation attempt is attached.
