I believe this is still present.

I don't have time to troubleshoot it thoroughly today, but I setup another
WINEPREFIX and installed a fresh Lotus Notes and saw this problem.

Running Ubuntu 8.04 at this point with wine 1.1.13 from the wine Ubuntu
repository.

Having read up on this, the fix is to remove netbios from the possible methods
of network interfaction.  This bug, which was closed, has some information as
well about this issue:

I, however, do believe there is still a problem here as it does not perform
this way on Windows or the native Linux version (may not even support NetBIOS,
don't have it installed.)  What's stated in the other bug is a workaround and
not a fix.
