Default browser in Linux is set to FireFox. 
All links in linux-programs work.

no links in windows programs work.
This is how to reproduce:

andre at Loke:~$ wine start http://vg.no

fixme:exec:SHELL_execute flags ignored: 0x00000500
err:winebrowser:get_url_from_dde Unabled to retrieve URL from string L"\""
andre at LokeU:~$ err:winebrowser:wmain Usage: winebrowser URL

That command should open browser.
I have the same problem on two Ubuntu 8.10 +Wine installations.
