Console log trying to add an addin to Powerpoint via the Tools menu

I can confirm this in 1.1.14. Using Office's own riched20 fixes the size of the
list box, but it's still impossible to add an add-in to the list. I'm attaching
the console log, though there's not much in it. (Run with riched20 set to
native, builtin.)
