I tried this today on Wine 1.1.25 with the (supposedly) full dotnetfx35.exe
installer.  Gets a lot further than before - downloads seem to work, but
post-download installation crashes with:

err:eventlog:ReportEventW L"488f1f5c"
err:eventlog:ReportEventW L"vs70uimgr.dll"

... which should probably be logged as a separate issue.
