The problem in compiling is due to the old version i wanted to compile on
ubuntu 9.04. 
Following instructions on http://osdir.com/ml/wine-users/2009-06/msg00280.html
i've successfull compiled wine and for me the 0.9.56 wine version gives the
same error (fixme:win:GetWindowPlacement not supported on other process window
0x10026).

For james 0.9.56 is functional.. how could it be?
