This might be the problem:

trace:winsock:WS_bind socket 005c, ptr 0x87e7f8 { family 2, address 0.0.0.0,
port 5353 }, length 16
warn:winsock:WS_bind    failure - errno = 98
warn:winsock:wsaErrno errno 98, (Address already in use).

Bonjour wants to bind port 5353 which is the multicast dns port.
On my system that port is in use by the native mdns server,
avahi-daemon.
