GeForce 8800 GT, 185 drivers, yes the heavier the area the sooner it happens,
just noticed that when you got a lot cached it happens less then when there is
still a lot of loading i/o going on.   Been working without a single crash now
on 1.1.25 for last 2 days (Book 8 finished) using the git which does not have
the mentioned regression.
