I've got the same issue, but my error message is:

fixme:ntdll:find_reg_tz_info Can't find matching timezone information in the
registry for bias 180, std (d/m/y): 15/02/2009, dlt (d/m/y): 18/10/2009
SetDecoderProperties errorfixme:reg:GetNativeSystemInfo (0x32c08c) using
GetSystemInfo()

I don't know if it's relevant, but my locale is pt_BR.UTF-8.

I had the issue with java 6u14 for windows, and wine 1.1.25.
