winedebug warn

I have changed the version to 1.1.25, and would like to request that this bug
be given some attention.
DNS 10 Standard just came out with version 10.1, which is the version shipped
on all disks. The DictationBar looks worse than it did in 10.0, and some of the
functionality has been lost. From being an annoying cosmetic issue, this has
turned into a real problem.
I would be happy to run whatever tests are required. Most of the attachments
are very old and I have deleted them.
