Well, yes. This is why testing bug 17955 against 1.1.25/1.1.26 serves
absolutely no purpose.

Oh, and "for a while" can be quantified : bug 19219 it is only a few minutes
(never more apparently), and only with 1.1.25 and 1.1.26 of course.

With 17955 it can be several hours.
