bz.bz.ejlddll at recursor.net, please try this:
$ mv $HOME/.wine $HOME/.wine.bak
$ wget kegel.com/wine/winetricks
$ sh winetricks -q mfc42
$ wine setup.exe #install paint shop pro

Then try to run it. Does it work?
