The demo still needs native msxml3 to run in 1.1.26, however, tpkd.sys no
longer crashes and there are no longer any console messages about being unable
to load it at startup. Someone with the full version needs to test it in
current Wine to see what happens with this driver, as the demo was always able
to run without it. The msxml3 issue is really a separate bug.
