Log after the large patch set WINEDEBUG=+winsock 

Although there are still no changes in the userinterface, it is clearly getting
further. The messages in the console are now different when the heart rate
monitor is in range and when it is not. Clearly some data is moving now.

Is there any way to compile wine only partially after applying patches? It
takes quite a bit of time to recompile the whole Wine.
