I'd be very surprised if RAS has anything to do with it, so I'm removing that
bit of speculation from the subject.

Here are a couple lines from the log that stand out a bit more to me:
fixme:secur32:schan_QueryContextAttributesW Unhandled attribute 0x5a
fixme:secur32:schan_QueryContextAttributesW Unhandled attribute 0x53

Those are SECPKG_ATTR_CONNECTION_INFO and SECPKG_ATTR_REMOTE_CERT_CONTEXT,
respectively (from schannel.h).
