i really don't think that all this have something to do with wine.

intel driver in a middle of rewrite, dri->dri2\gallium transition in progress
and you haven't posted 'glxinfo|grep renderer -A1'-output so it would be clear
if you using classic 3d stack or gallium3d-one, opengl 1.4 or 2.0.
also, i'm not sure if it support fbo at all.
