In that case, this is the wrong bug. Bug 13829 is about the lack of CJK glyphs
in the Wine-provided fonts, and includes the instructions for working around
this by pointing Wine at user-provided or distribution-provided fonts until
someone either relicenses or creates a metric-compatible font for Wine to match
the Windows CJK system fonts.

Please keep this bug just for FontAssociation issues, see comment 88 for what I
understand to be the current situation and required work to solve it.
