WINEDEBUG="+ole" wine smoney_m_18_v_.exe

Starting a setup built with InstallShield 2009, Wine 1.1.23 stops in early
initializing phase of setup. Wine 1.1.22 is ok.

Another IS 2009 setup I have tested gives error 0x80040708.
