If it's being blocked b/c your account has been locked for some reason then
that's not a problem for our purposes (obviously you want to fix it though). 
As long as the data it sends to Blizzard is still correct (and there's no
reason it shouldn't be) then if you log that data we can figure out why it's
different under Wine.
