Javascript example

Javascript preloads easily enough, but where to insert anything like that in
this PHP code... no idea.

onLoad= would need to be in <HEAD> and onMouseOver= amended, but the PHP code
for loading images, and the HTML code for the front page are both separate.  I
have no idea where the <HEAD> is kept.
