Change OffscreenRenderingMode to "backbuffer".

An ATI bug has been filed, there is a workaround if you want to keep playing
for now. Right now, the bug has been moved to
http://ati.cchtml.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1571 - unless ATI gets an incentive to
release a fix faster, there's nothing anyone can do.
Nominating it for anything certainly won't get this one more developer
attention.
